If an individual would like to bid on a property they must appear in person at the Sheriff's Office on the day of the sale. The amount of the debt on individual properties can be obtained from the Real Estate Department in the Sheriffs Office.

All sales are posted on the property at least thirty (30) days prior to the day of the sale. The Sheriff Sales are published for three successive weeks on the Friday edition prior to the sale. The sheriff sales are published by the Beaver County Bar Association in the Beaver County Legal Journal and the Beaver County Times.
